How can I make a wig that looks like this:

And cut it so it looks like this:

Thanks! :) In the second pic it is the one with purple hair

Yes! From a fellow Harry Potter fan, that's a GREAT choice of hair style!! Basically you're looking for about an inch or 2 longer than the shoulders. So with help from a friend, you or the friend could put the wig on (put your hair up in it real tight so you don't accidentally cut your real hair!) and just cut off the length where you want it. This part doesn't have to be strategic, you just want to get all the extra hair off. Then, you can take it off and put it on something else so that you can see the wig, and cut very few layers in the ends (she doesn't have alot of layers). To cut layers, lift small sections of hair above the head, and cut it straight. (Because your hair goes down the side of your head, cutting it straight will create an angle when it lays back down.) When grabbing each new section of hair, grab a small amount of the hair you've already layered so that you have a reference of how short the layers should be (you want them all the be the same). To finish, Tonks has long bangs that sweep off to the side. Before cutting them, I would try to iron them to the one side, because hair on wigs is difficult to manuver. It would be easier to cut if you saw where it was. Then, cut it very piecey to the length her bangs are in the picture. This can be a little messy, as the bottom of her bangs blend in with the rest of the hair. Hope I helped!! (Have fun at the premier, or wherever you might be off to!!)

Is it normal for men to want to wear womens underwear?

you take some scissors and style it at the appropriate length, it doesnt have to have the exact same haircut, just try to get as close to it as you can. then grab some purple hair spray/dye from the Halloween/party store (usually sells around 1 or 2 dollars) and spray it. Make sure to let it dry thoroughly. voila!

Buy a wig with long blonde hair. Die it purple, cut it to your liking, and put it on.

    Good luck

If you already have the blond wig with the bangs, you're not going to be able to make it look like the purple wig, especially if it is an inexpensive synthetic wig. If you haven't gotten it yet, better to get the one on the far right. Even though that one has a center part you'll be able to get it to cut more like the purple one. To cut, put the wig on someone and have them hold on to the front to keep it on firmly, and then put their head forward, (chin on chest). Hold the back down firmly, cutting not totally straight but curved so it's a little shorter in the center back, and slightly longer as you cut to the sides. It's better to cut in no thicker than one inch rows, holding the top, longer hair with a clip as you take down one inch at a time using the bottom row cut as your guide. On human hair, cutting this way will give the hair a natural bevel so it will lay under nicely. On synthetic hair the cut will be blunt and it will probably not lay smoothly. Also the center part has been permanently put there, so if your doing the purple high side part, you're probably going to have to weight it down w/ gel. Synthetic hair is very tricky to work with–especially inexpensive synthetics. Good luck!
