Can you sleep and have sex in a human hair wig, or will it come off?
I finished cancer treatments 2 years ago and my hair has yet to comeback as it was before. I am young, and would love to have a full head of hair again, but I am terrified if I am intimate with someone my hair will fall off and I would be mortified. I would love any information anyone can give me
Hi there. I've worn a wig all my life (my own hair doesn't grow), so I do have experience with this. Yes, you can sleep and have sex in a wig. Whether or not the wig will come off depends on the vigorousness of the sex! 
I would make sure your partner knows about your hair condition before you get intimate with him, and I would even make sure he sees your bald head before hand, so that the first time he sees it isn't accidentally during sex. In this way, you will feel more comfortable having sex with him. And you know what, he might even like your head as it is, and will prefer to have sex with you without your wig, if you are comfortable with that.

As a woman who's been bald all her life, and who feels she needs to apologize or feel ashamed for it, you've presented an alternate way of approaching my situation that I sure as heck wished my own mother would've instilled in me growing up. yes u can… my friend has a disease where she is allergic to her own ahir and she always wears her wig. They are made to stay on and endur through anything! She has even dated guys for months and they still have no idea…

You need to present yourself to someone WITHOUT APOLOGIES! Your hair will probably grow back in better than it was before (this is standard thing to happen). Why not just find out how to wrap your head with a beautiful scarf.
If a gal who GOT "SCALPED" by a factory potato-peeler (and ended up with NO hair over 90 % of her head)…was ADORED by her boyfriend and got married DURING her trial…IF SHE dealt with it…I'd say you can.
( I personally took the photos of her SCARRED, BALD HEAD (behind closed doors) for the lawyer I worked for—for trial evidence! She was the most STOICAL person I've ever met! )
