Can I wear a lace wig (human) while i’m playing sports?

I ask this question because i’m tired of braids and I was just curious because I might try a lace front wig but at the same time, I’m playing volleyball. Will that clash?

So long as you wear the correct adhesive, your wig will be absolutely fine.
