Hey lilgracie,

Allow me to answer your questions.

"Does it hurt to remove the wig?" - No; because you will use a product called lace release. Once you apply it with a dabber, it loosens the glue and the lace wig easily comes off.

"is there something else I can try to give me an idea of what it will be like?" - Not really anything you could try that would simulate the feel and fit of a lace wig. Sorry.

"How often do I need to take the wig off to manage my real hair?" - 2 weeks max. Our natural hair gets dirty by then.

"Will it cause my real hair to fall out in the meantime?" - Not at all. As a matter of fact, wearing a lace wig will allow your real hair to rest and grow.

I hope this helps. I am a lace wig consultant out in the San Francisco area but you can also find us at www.aybhair.com. Any lace wig you find on my site is available with a $200 discount now until June 2009. You may call me as well. Good luck girlfriend.

Hey I saw your question? My sister uses and sells lace front wigs. The first time I saw her with one I( her brother) couldn't even tell it was a wig because it actually looked like her hair. If you have any questions call on her business line at 1-877-827-9447(WIGS) ask for Leesa and she'll give you the hook up. Tell her you know me and she probably give you a discount.
